Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform timely quality inspection of labeled data and ensure quality.
  • •Localize labeling guidelines, support guideline training, and align guideline updates.
  • •Conduct calibration meetings in the appeal process by analyzing cases, recording/evaluating performance, and suggesting improvements.
  • •Collaborate with R&D and PM to provide feedback on data quality.
  • •Support other products within the ByteDance suite as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for daily work and market-specific communications.
  • •1+ year of experience as a Content Specialist or Content Reviewer.
  • •Have completed a Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred).
  • •1+ year of experience as a Quality Assurance in Content or Customer Service (preferred).
  • •Good knowledge of search engines, familiarity with social media platforms, and in-depth understanding of local culture and user internet habits.
