Own the Data Subject Request (DSR) platform and roadmap, evolving privacy requests into a scalable, automated system for access, deletion, and portability across data silos. Partner with engineering to modernize data architecture using strong API and data-flow understanding, and act as the cross-functional bridge between Legal, AdTech, and Engineering.

•Own and evolve the DSR Platform, leading the roadmap from a compliance checklist to a scalable, automated system handling access, deletion, and portability.
•Balance privacy and product by defining data and identity management to remain compliant (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) without harming user experience.
•Build the foundation by partnering with engineering to modernize data architecture, including data lineage, governance, and security.
•Design user-friendly privacy flows that are transparent and help readers understand their data to build long-term brand trust.
•Drive cross-functional strategy as the bridge between Legal, AdTech, and Engineering, translating technical risk and regulatory requirements between teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 144,000 annually

•5+ years in product management owning backend platforms, including experience in data-heavy environments or compliance-related products/identity systems.
•Experience developing or expanding DSR systems and automating identity verification and data synchronization across disconnected stacks.
•Ability to lead technical discussions with engineers, with a strong grasp of APIs and data flow.
•Experience with warehouse environments such as BigQuery or Snowflake to guide architectural decisions.
•Skill in distilling complex legal mandates or technical constraints into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
