Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide QS term consultancy for clients, including cost planning and estimation.
  • •Prepare and support tendering activities: prepare tender, evaluate tenders, and finalise variation orders.
  • •Issue payment valuations and close final accounts for completed scopes.
  • •Prepare and issue tender documents using designers’ drawings/specifications and requirements for O&M manuals, testing, commissioning, and training.
  • •Compile and communicate detailed scopes of work, contract terms/preliminaries, pricing schedules/tender breakdown forms, and address program/site constraints.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide QS term consultancy by supporting cost planning, estimation, and tender-related activities across contracts.
  • •Possess a BCA PSPC-recognised degree in Building Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
  • •Have 3+ years of practical experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor.
  • •Be a Registered Quantity Surveyor with RICS or SISV (or equivalent).
  • •Have experience with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) projects and BIM for costing purposes.
