Mortgage Loan Originator

Originate residential first mortgage loans from outside referrals, owning the full process from application through closing. Build and maintain referral contacts, complete and collect required application materials (including Fannie Mae Form 1003), and use systems to retrieve rates, credit reports, and underwriting responses. Manage each loan pipeline and provide timely updates to branches and applicants while meeting management standards for mortgage sales and cross-selling objectives.
