Key Responsibilities

  • •Influence the direction of projects and the proposed solutions.
  • •Develop and realize your own ideas in rail advisory work.
  • •Work closely with customers throughout the lifecycle, from strategy and procurement to operation, development, and management.
  • •Support advisory assignments for rail vehicles/transport systems with a focus on integration between technology, function, operations, and lifecycle.
  • •Strengthen WSP Rail Advisory by contributing expertise and perspectives to the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical education or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience from the rail industry in one or more areas such as project leadership, development and design, management and maintenance, risk and safety, or quality management.
  • •Strong system understanding for rail vehicles and/or transport systems, with the ability to see the whole and how technology, function, operations, and lifecycle interact.
  • •Ability to think, collaborate, and contribute perspectives.
  • •Experience that supports growth both technically and in an advisory role.
