Job Summary

Implement and execute the EH&S management system at the site, ensuring environmental, industrial hygiene, and health & safety practices meet performance goals and maintain license to operate. Serve as the site resource and contact for EH&S procedures and issues, including coaching teams on EH&S tasks. Support compliance activities and perform or coordinate environmental and IH monitoring, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement detailed, task-level, day-to-day EH&S programs using EH&S work processes, standards, and procedures.
•Ensure Environmental, IH, and Health & Safety aspects of operating discipline support EH&S performance goals; may act as section owner.
•Serve as a site resource and site contact for Environmental, IH, and Health & Safety procedures, guidelines, standards, and issues.
•Coach teams and individuals on EH&S related tasks and activities to support area or site EH&S goals.
•Complete compliance tasks and perform/coordinate environmental and IH monitoring, data collection, analysis, and reporting for the site.

Key Requirements

•Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
•4+ years of experience in an industrial environmental health and safety (EH&S) role.
•Must be 18 years old or older.
•Willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime if required.
•Valid US driver’s license and ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship/support).
