Manufacturing Engineer, Optical Fiber (Starlink)

Develop and optimize manufacturing and test processes for optical fiber assemblies in the Starlink program. Collaborate with design, integration, and supplier teams to move products from NPI to high-volume production, improve reliability, and lead root-cause investigations while driving manufacturability improvements across a fast-paced aerospace environment.
