Key Responsibilities

•Partner with data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products.
•Leverage a broad stack (including LangGraph, MCP, Knowledge Graphs/GraphRAG, PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, Lightning, and VectorDBs) to extract insights from large numeric and textual datasets.
•Build AI foundation models across design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation.
•Perform high-impact applied research to advance state-of-the-art AI into next-generation customer experiences.
•Translate research complexity into tangible business goals and collaborate across teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 238,600 - 272,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Currently has or is in the process of obtaining a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field (or an MS plus 2 years of applied research).
•Deep understanding of the foundations of AI methodologies.
•Hands-on experience developing AI foundation models and solutions using open-source tools and cloud computing platforms.
•Experience building large deep learning models (language, images, events, or graphs) with expertise in areas such as training optimization, self-supervised learning, robustness, explainability, or RLHF.
•Track record of first-author publications or projects and the ability to own and pursue a research agenda.
