Service Project Administrator- Core

Support project delivery for a Florida Region Service portfolio by coordinating documentation, procurement, job costing, and customer invoicing. Under moderate supervision, you’ll manage projects through their life cycle to ensure contract compliance and successful closeout, coordinating with Area Service Managers, regional leadership, legal, and financial services. Work involves enterprise systems, vendor and subcontract processing, and resolving billing backlog with internal teams and customers.
