Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve complex production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to maximize reliability and minimize downtime in a 24/7 operation.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs using troubleshooting techniques, diagnostic tools, technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
  • •Disassemble, repair, modify, fabricate, and replace mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, fixtures, and tooling to support performance and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent military experience.
  • •Recently separated from military service or actively serving in the National Guard or Reserve.
  • •Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, or technical aptitude through military experience, civilian work, education, certifications, hands-on hobbies, or personal projects.
  • •Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a desire to learn.
  • •Experience using computers, hand tools, and basic power tools, plus willingness to pursue additional training and certifications.
