Job Summary

Own end-to-end QA for Plaud’s core server modules, ensuring functional, performance, stability, and compatibility coverage while safeguarding migrations through API regression and data-consistency checks. Drive evaluation for AI search/recommendations and Retrieval/Memory quality, and test Context OS and AI agent behaviors (multi-turn dialogue, tool calling, error recovery). Build automated testing tools and CI/CD-integrated smoke, regression, and canary gates using modern frameworks and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently perform full-lifecycle testing (functional, performance, stability, compatibility) for core server modules such as user management and billing.
•Lead migration safeguarding via API regression, data-consistency checks, and service-degradation drills during architecture upgrades; maintain the regression matrix.
•Own evaluation strategy for Plaud 4.0 recommendation/search systems, defining quality gates for retrieval/memory, long-tail recall, and embedding drift.
•Drive testing for Context OS using capacity assessment and chaos drills; build automated quality gates (smoke, regression, canary) for model releases.
•Develop custom automated testing tools and produce automation/performance scripts, integrating agent testing pipelines into CI/CD.
