Key Responsibilities

•Accept retail and commercial checking and savings deposits by reviewing deposit documents and issuing receipts.
•Cash checks and process savings withdrawals/cash advances, verifying authorization and limits and handling questionable items.
•Process loan, credit card, and installment payments; receive and process stop payment and hold orders.
•Balance cash drawer daily and assist with vault duties, including night depository logging and safe deposit access.
•Provide effective customer service, cross-sell bank products, maintain records, and complete required compliance courses while following security and BSA/AML requirements.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED; related work experience in a business environment is acceptable.
•Intermediate knowledge of bank operations, products and services, and related state and federal laws and regulations.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
•Intermediate computer skills using a computer terminal and personal computer, including word processing, spreadsheet, and specialty software programs.
•Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to follow and apply instructions.
