Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver exceptional client service and support internal/external clients aligned to Truist purpose, mission, and values.
  • •Investigate and resolve client requests for Care Center, branches, and other lines of business using one specialty area.
  • •Use a consultative approach to resolve issues by educating clients on bank products and services.
  • •Identify and escalate bank errors and regulatory concerns that pose risk to the bank.
  • •Follow established policies, procedures, guidelines, regulations, and laws to protect clients and Truist from unnecessary risk.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent education/training/experience).
