Key Responsibilities

•Build ML/optimization systems for B2B logistics partners to improve inventory health and order fulfilment efficiency
•Develop and productionize ML/DL forecasting models (demand, returns, lead-times) and stochastic inventory optimization solutions
•Create recommender services for assortment planning and agentic AI evaluation frameworks to measure performance
•Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define problems and drive product roadmap
•Own end-to-end delivery from research to production, including metrics definition and monitoring impact on partner KPIs

Key Requirements

•Masters degree or higher preferred with 3+ years of hands-on industry experience as an Applied Scientist, Data Scientist, or Research Scientist
•Experience applying scientific methods to solve business problems, particularly in ML/DL time-series forecasting
•Proficiency in ML Engineering (service design, batch processing, GPU computing, git, docker, CI/CD, software testing) and Operations Research/Optimization (stochastic inventory models, MILP, Monte Carlo)
•Experience with Agentic AI and MCP evaluation frameworks, including metrics like LLM-as-a-judge and trajectory evaluation
•Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale datasets; strong communication and collaboration skills
