Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Relationship Managers with sales support including pipeline accuracy, call preparation, Financial Insights ordering, and deposit/Treasury onboarding, and proactively follow up with clients/prospects to support RM client strategies while keeping CRM data current and accurate.
  • •Support portfolio growth by acting on referral opportunities using internal resources and partner with Relationship Managers and IRM partners to surface client needs and follow up as opportunities progress.
  • •Provide superior client service by taking ownership of client needs, problems, and requests, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • •Assist in servicing commercial loans, deposits, and fee services, including completing documentation, account opening, working reports, processing payments, assisting in fraud resolution, wire processing, and related research/maintenance.
  • •Provide loan support by delivering accurate information to internal loan areas, assisting with compliance (e.g., Reg B, BSA/AML), collecting client information, supporting documentation exceptions, and helping with problem loan management and collections activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) with related training.
  • •Five years of related experience, preferably in financial services.
  • •Two years of experience in a CCS role or similar.
  • •Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently.
  • •Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes, with strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
