Key Responsibilities

  • •Train and supervise Operations Agents and manage workload assignments.
  • •Provide flight operations support to airline crew members.
  • •Coordinate across Airport Operations, Airport Police, catering, fueling, CBP, TSA, hotels, and transportation companies.
  • •Maintain accurate updates in the Pegasus intranet for customer airlines and monitor aircraft movements for arrival information.
  • •Carry and operate a radio/pager as required and support other departments as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in airline operations and customer service.
  • •Proficiency in Windows-based tools including Excel and Word.
  • •Valid driver's license and ability to work varying weather conditions.
  • •High school diploma or GED and fluent English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
  • •Successfully pass a background check (including FBI fingerprints), and pre-employment drug screening; able to obtain an airport badge with U.S. Customs clearance.
