Job Summary

Design, build, and maintain automated, scalable data pipelines for clients within a Data & Analytics delivery team. Partner with developers, managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into data solution designs and delivery plans, resolve data quality issues, and support data workflows and infrastructure. Improve processes through the team, contribute to documentation, and mentor others while fostering an inclusive, service-excellence culture using cloud data technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with developers, managers, and business stakeholders to define components of the data landscape and align with data strategy.
•Translate end-user requirements into data solution designs and delivery plans.
•Design, develop, execute, and maintain highly automated cloud-based data pipelines.
•Analyse and resolve data quality issues and support necessary data workflows and infrastructure.
•Mentor team members, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to documentation and processes.

Key Requirements

•Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for data assets and analytics delivery.
•Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse (or SSIS), and Azure Analysis Services.
•Programming experience including SQL, Python, Spark, and DAX.
•Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferable) and Git/version control.
•Ability to communicate complex technical topics in clear written and verbal documentation for mixed audiences.
