As a Project Manager for roads and infrastructure, you'll drive assignments from start to finish with responsibility for quality, budget, risk, and customer satisfaction. Work within multidisciplinary infrastructure projects at a global engineering firm.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead projects from start to finish with responsibility for quality, cost, and risk.
•Coordinate the project organization, ensuring scope, time, and budget are met.
•Ensure compliance with laws, client requirements, and project standards.
•Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful infrastructure solutions.
•Support business development and knowledge transfer within the team.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of project management experience in infrastructure, preferably roads and civil works
•Experience leading infrastructure projects within the Swedish market (e.g., Trafikverket as a client)
•Strong understanding of design and construction processes (e.g., ABK, AB/ABT and AMA)
•Very good written and spoken Swedish and English
•Demonstrated ability to plan, monitor, and administer projects with a client-focused approach and to lead multidisciplinary teams
