•Provide hands-on support and technical advice to client institutions and processors, including escalation handling and maintaining customer satisfaction.
•Coordinate projects end-to-end with up-to-date documentation, tasks, and status.
•Create implementation scripts (Shell, Python, etc.) to support vendor field engineers and support teams for installation and activation.
•Perform remote installations of Linux systems and work with Global Support, clients, and vendors to resolve system problems quickly.
•Translate business problems into AI use cases: collect/prepare data, build/train/evaluate models, and deploy models as APIs/services with agentic workflow orchestration and safety guardrails.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
•Proficiency in Python and shell scripting, with familiarity with Git and automation for admin/deployment tasks.
•Experience with Linux system administration (preferably RHEL family distros) and basic scripting (Bash/Python).
•Working knowledge of data structures/algorithms/statistics including SQL, plus familiarity with XML/JSON/XSLT.
•Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Change/Incident/CMDB) and either a Red Hat certification (e.g., RHCSA/RHCE) or equivalent Linux certification.
