Job Summary

Own platform growth for designated markets by refining market-performance monitoring, developing driver and retention strategies, and running ongoing performance reviews tied to supply/demand and campaign effectiveness. Partner with BI & Analytics to scale data and analytics for planning, lead optimization initiatives (promotions and engagement), manage market budgets and ROI, and collaborate with city teams and cross-functional departments to meet business and team objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Refine market performance monitoring and management framework/process to drive market growth using data analysis and market intelligence
•Develop regional driver, retention, and growth strategies and localize action plans for markets
•Review longer-term supply/demand growth and campaign effectiveness; partner with BI & Analytics to enable scalable data/analytics for decisions
•Lead ongoing performance reviews and implement optimization initiatives (e.g., user promotions and engagement) to maximize demand growth and active user rate
•Manage online platform budget for designated markets and ensure business/team objectives through collaboration with city teams and other departments

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in Operations or a similar analytical role in a high-growth start-up environment
•Experience working with, analyzing, and presenting findings from large data sets
•Proven project management track record with ability to work with multiple stakeholders
•Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural and functional teams
•Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of Hindi is highly desirable
