•Develop, implement, and manage cross-functional integrated planning incorporating make-versus-buy, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, and material cost elements.
•Analyze customer demand and sales forecasts to create build-to-order and build-to-forecast plans and coordinate with business teams on production cost strategy.
•Establish and manage production scheduling by monitoring material inventories and tracking progress to maintain schedule accuracy.
•Build and execute sourcing strategy, manage suppliers, and implement systems to evaluate and report supplier scorecard performance.
•Coordinate with quality, engineering, machining, and assembly to ensure on-time delivery; manage department budget, costs, resources, and employees.
