Project Manager – Construction Management

Lead multiple concurrent tenant improvement and development construction projects for high-profile clients in the San Francisco market. Manage complex stakeholder groups across architects, engineers, contractors, and supply chain partners while tracking milestones and preventing schedule delays. Establish strong governance and continuous improvement, deliver executive-level status reporting, and support cost control, value engineering, and constructability. Supervise local design teams and provide expert guidance to owners and general contractors while supporting proposal work.
