Lead and deliver IT projects within HSBC’s HASE Technology team, guiding planning, development, testing and release while aligning business needs with technical solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Provide IT project delivery, and assist project manager on project planning, stakeholder communication, development, testing, release and so on.
•Lead or assist teammate to provide business & technical solution fit for business need.
•Accountability for a product or service, identifying and developing the most appropriate technology solutions to meet customer needs as part of the Customer Journey.
•Liaise with other teams, include architects, business stakeholders and so on to understand and drive the product or service’s direction.
•Conduct end-to-end system tests, user acceptance tests and provide support on system implementation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•5+ years rich hands-on development experience
•Experience delivering high-quality and complex system solutions
•Excellent written and spoken communication skills
•Excellent technical skills in Java, Spring, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
