Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 10 years of related experience (YORE) and demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.
  • •Strong background of commercial real estate management, ideally with aviation or major infrastructure program experience.
  • •Strong landlord-side experience including tenant engagement and leasing/development commercial activities tied to project management.
  • •Demonstrable track record of designing/implementing mitigation strategies to minimize commercial risk.
  • •Strong skills in stakeholder management.
