Job Summary

As a Technical Training & Sales Specialist, you will lead technical enablement for Bose Luxury across China and APAC, delivering training on product architecture, system design, installation, and calibration. You will support pre-sales with design guidance, work with architects and designers, and ensure premier performance of McIntosh and Sonus faber systems in luxury installations, driving dealer enablement and project wins.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver training across product architecture, system design, installation, and calibration.
•Execute training via workshops, certifications, and onboarding programs.
•Lead training in China and support scalable frameworks across APAC.
•Pre-Sales Technical Support & Client Advisory: support system design, product selection, and technical planning.
•Post-Sales Technical Support: troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and maintain documentation.

Key Requirements

•Strong expertise in high-end audio or AV systems with experience in system design, installation, and calibration.
•Ability to deliver technical training programs and workshops to dealers, distributors, and integrators.
•Experience in pre-sales technical support, client advisory, and translating technical solutions into client benefits.
•Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken); additional APAC languages (e.g., Japanese or Korean) are highly desirable.
•Experience in luxury or custom installation environments with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
