Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end D365 F&O finance module implementations across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Budgeting.
  • •Design and configure finance solutions for multi-entity, multi-currency operations and high-volume transaction processing.
  • •Run business process workshops to gather and validate requirements, and create FDDs/SDDs plus workflow and SOP documentation for accurate D365 implementation.
  • •Collaborate with the D365 implementation partner and technical teams on configuration, rollouts, customizations, integrations, and functional sign-off including data migration requirements.
  • •Plan UAT cycles, create and deliver end-user training, and provide go-live and hypercare support with structured knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and providing functional training and technical support in medium to large enterprises.
  • •Deep functional expertise in finance, including finance module implementation and best-practice workflow documentation.
  • •Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310).
  • •Experience with data migration and validation (Data Management, Excel, Azure Data Factory) and integration patterns (Azure Service Bus, Power Automate, REST APIs).
