•Lead and mentor software development squads across web and mobile platforms.

•Drive Agile delivery by managing risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•7+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years leading development teams.
•Proven experience delivering large-scale web and mobile applications.
•Strong expertise in modern software architecture, microservices, cloud platforms, and DevOps.
•Experience with React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, mobile (Kotlin/Swift, Capacitor), and cloud/DevOps (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD).
