Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the Data & Insights strategy from ideation through launch, scaling, and commercialisation of data-driven products and services.
  • •Identify and prioritise high-value data and AI-led opportunities that address customer pain points and enable new revenue-generating services.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end product development with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, Commercial) using Agile methodologies.
  • •Develop new data solutions using Mastercard’s Studio framework, including validating customer needs and building business cases and pricing strategies.
  • •Define and deliver data product roadmaps, present solutions to senior stakeholders and customers, and support go-to-market activities including partnerships and distribution strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in data & AI product management, data science, or a related field within financial services, FinTech, insurance, or other regulated industries.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Data Science, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • •Proven experience building and commercialising data-driven, advanced analytics, AI, and ML products using multiple data sources (e.g., payments and card transactions).
  • •Experience across two or more areas such as forecasting/predictive analytics, self-service reporting, early warning systems, customer segmentation/scoring, credit risk insights, or personalisation.
  • •Strong understanding of AI and data science techniques including statistical modelling, logistic regression, NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
