Key Responsibilities

•Independently execute multi-disciplinary R&D projects supporting the Ambulatory ECG product portfolio.
•Align projects to timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
•Resolve issues and drive improvements under limited supervision, selecting effective methods to initiate change.
•Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, senior management) to manage expectations and keep objectives aligned.
•Use PMBok and SAFe guidelines to drive continuous improvement, document knowledge, and capture lessons learned for future transfer.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 182,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in project management, program/portfolio management, innovation management, or equivalent.
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or Program Management (or 8+ years related experience).
•Knowledge of design controls and phase-gate product development processes.
•Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution in a regulated environment.
•Experience with Smartsheet and familiarity with SAFe and Agile ways of working are preferred.
