Support customer discussions, tender responses, and deployments, while promoting connected fleet and predictive maintenance solutions to strengthen uptime and customer value.

•Influence design for aftermarket by ensuring serviceability, maintainability, reliability, and lifecycle support requirements are built into new products.
•Promote digital lifecycle solutions, using machine data and fleet performance insights to improve uptime, maintenance planning, and operating costs.
•Lead lifecycle readiness for new product launches and support customer centers with tender responses, lifecycle cost analysis, and value proposition development.
