Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide quality canteen service, including food production and food preparation duties, counter service, and clearing tables.
  • •Preparing and serving food and beverages according to established procedures while ensuring quality and hygiene standards.
  • •Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment for food preparation, storage, and handling per resort food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • •Assist with inventory counts, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage.
  • •Assist with other canteen-related tasks as assigned, including waste disposal, recommendations for repairs/maintenance, and welfare activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Must possess at least a School Certificate.
  • •Should have prior experience in the same role within an international ultra-luxury resort.
  • •A valid Food Handler’s Certificate is required.
  • •Can provide friendly, efficient service to internal customers according to their needs.
