Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and verify packing lists and confirm the number of packages received against documentation.
  • •Open packages, inspect items for damage, and verify received quantities and part numbers match records.
  • •Identify and report shortages, damages, discrepancies, or incorrectly received parts, and raise required damage reports.
  • •Sort, arrange, and store parts in designated warehouse locations and correct bins based on binning lists or delivery orders.
  • •Operate forklifts and material handling equipment and prepare Goods Receipt (GR) transactions in SAP.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in warehouse, storage, or inventory management operations.
  • •Knowledge of automotive spare parts and accessories, preferably in the automotive parts and aftersales environment.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • •Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures and inventory control processes.
