•Manage the processes and systems that ensure insulation components are designed, calculated, and specified correctly.
•Support insulation schemes across flat board and tapered configurations to help teams select the right products for the right projects.
•Own and improve technical processes for insulation offerings, including thermal proposal suitability and compliance.
•Ensure thermal proposals are compliant and cost-effective in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
•Work with stakeholders through insulation supply routes and coordinate with the Technical Services team.
