Assistant General Counsel (Employment Law Counsel)

Serve as the authoritative subject matter expert for Indian labor and employment law, advising senior leaders with significant autonomy. Lead employment-law support across the full employee lifecycle, including drafting and maintaining employment documentation, advising on compensation and benefits, managing separations, and supporting acquisitions, restructurings, and growth initiatives. Develop templates, guidance, and processes, manage employment-related risk, and determine when to engage external counsel for efficient, commercially sound outcomes.
