Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end print production and logistics for assigned theatrical marketing campaigns, ensuring delivery of outdoor, in-theater, and promotional print materials on time, within budget, and at high quality.
  • •Partner cross-functionally and with agencies/vendors to develop production schedules, oversee approvals/quality control, and review proofs/mechanicals for accuracy.
  • •Coordinate domestic and international shipments, inventory tracking, proof of delivery, and issue resolution, including support for premieres, conventions, publicity events, and awards campaigns.
  • •Manage vendor relationships and support campaign budgeting through estimates, pricing validation, and cost tracking; partner with Finance on purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and reporting.
  • •Identify and implement technology-enabled process improvements using AI/automation and low-code/no-code tools; build dashboards/KPIs and maintain SOPs/workflow documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or similar).
  • •5+ years of experience in marketing operations, print production, logistics, project management, creative marketing, or related work.
  • •Experience managing complex marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • •Strong knowledge of commercial print production, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment, including budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor relationships.
  • •Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office experience, plus experience with Airtable, Smartsheet, Microsoft Power Platform, workflow automation, or comparable low-code/no-code tools.
