Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and stand up ClickHouse’s global workplace function, including policies, standards, playbooks, and operating processes.
  • •Oversee day-to-day operations for small offices across multiple regions to ensure consistent workplace experience.
  • •Develop a remote-first workplace strategy that also creates high-value in-person environments such as team hubs and offsites.
  • •Lead new office setup, including site selection, buildout, and launch in partnership with Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
  • •Own vendor and facilities management and manage the global workplace budget, spend, and scalable workplace policies.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, corporate real estate, or global office operations, ideally building a workplace function from the ground up.
  • •Experience supporting globally distributed organizations with multiple small offices across regions, including operational and regulatory differences.
  • •Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience, with comfort partnering with Procurement.
  • •Experience managing a budget and finding operational efficiencies without compromising the employee experience.
  • •Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with People, IT, Security, and Finance; comfort operating autonomously with ambiguity.
