Key Responsibilities

•Perform all aspects of general plant maintenance and develop specialized maintenance expertise at the Jackson Facility.
•Interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics (including PLC ladder diagrams) and perform electrical work such as wiring and voltage testing.
•Install, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment by identifying root causes of failures and implementing corrective actions.
•Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance, including scheduled repairs and equipment upgrades.
•Support safety and environmental programs, follow Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO), maintain maintenance records in a computerized system, and perform welding/fabrication work.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher in a maintenance-related field preferred or in progress.
•Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, including electrical systems (up to 480V), mechanical troubleshooting, PLCs, and equipment maintenance.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP Maintenance Module is a plus.
•Ability to interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics, including PLC ladder diagrams.
•Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts with overtime and occasional plant callouts, and follow safety protocols in hazardous/flammable environments.
