Lead the group reporting process for the Area USA and drive harmonized, continuous improvement across administrative and financial processes. Establish and evolve a controlling system, including the internal control system, ensure adherence to monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements, and support deviations with improvement actions. Own the preparation and coordination of budgeting and forecasting, analyze cost structure and operating margin, and frequently visit plants to deepen insight into local financial performance.
