Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and prepare patients/clients for Global EMS transportation, including Primary and IFT activations.
  • •Coordinate Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) and Fixed Wing dispatch.
  • •Provide basic flight desk administration.
  • •Apply basic knowledge and application of emergency care for international patient care.
  • •Manage international patient communications via telephonic and email channels with appropriate etiquette.

Key Requirements

  • •Grade 12 education (Essential).
  • •Global Assistance International experience (Essential).
  • •Basic/Level 3 first aid (Desired).
  • •Minimum 1-year Global Assistance International Agent or tourism industry experience (Desired).
  • •Sound knowledge of global dispatch systems and the EMS environment.
