Job Summary

Install, re-install, and upgrade ASML EUV/DUV lithography systems at customer sites worldwide. Assemble and integrate complex high-technology systems, execute installation plans with troubleshooting, testing, and validation, and support first-line technical integration to keep schedules on track. Identify recurring technical issues, document and report installation activities, and deliver technical presentations while collaborating with global cross-functional stakeholders. Travel internationally and perform hands-on cleanroom installation work.

Key Responsibilities

•Install and re-install ASML EUV/DUV lithography systems at customer sites, from system unloading/build-up through Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
•Assemble, integrate, adjust, calibrate, and qualify complex systems in line with ASML quality standards and specifications.
•Develop and execute installation plans, including troubleshooting, testing, validation, and issue resolution for successful delivery.
•Provide first-line technical support during system integration to minimize impact on installation schedules.
•Maintain accurate technical/admin documentation, deliver technical presentations/reports, and represent ASML professionally at customer sites while owning installation progress and customer communication.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
•2–6 years of relevant experience preferred supporting high-technology systems in semiconductor lithography, semiconductor equipment, electro-mechanical systems, or vacuum technology.
•Experience with ASML EUV or DUV systems, semiconductor equipment installation, or field service activities is highly preferred.
•Experience in installation, system integration, commissioning/startup, or field service activities in high-tech industries is highly preferred.
•Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and hands-on problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal English communication.
