Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain knowledge of agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection products, crop nutrient products, seed, and application/mixing procedures.
  • •Perform all agronomy/seed operations.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and support record keeping/housecleaning processes.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment and vehicles.
  • •Provide customer service and help customers as needed while maintaining a compliant environment for environmental and safety policies.

  • •Currently enrolled in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or other Agriculture related degree program.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office software.

  • •Ability to perform agronomy/seed operations and support inventory quality monitoring.
  • •Work in a manner compliant with state, local, and CHS Environmental and Safety policy.
