Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly and quarterly close, GL, AP/AR, payroll, and account reconciliations to deliver accurate, timely US GAAP financials.
  • •Own revenue accounting and act as technical accounting authority for subscription and usage-based revenue recognition (ASC 606), including ARR-to-GAAP bridge.
  • •Author technical accounting position memos for contract modifications, SSP allocation, variable consideration, and capitalized contract costs.
  • •Own equity compensation accounting (ASC 718), including grant accuracy, 409A timing, expense, modifications, and cap-table integrity.
  • •Manage and grow a team of ~7 and build a global control framework that keeps the books audit-ready, coordinating with external auditors and tax partners.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leading a team through managers or leads.
