Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the entire project lifecycle from design to construction to commissioning, delivering within budget, on time, and to required quality standards as the key client interface.
  • •Develop working relationships, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion.
  • •Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved.
  • •Manage the design process, review project plans and specifications (including scheduling, cost-saving measures, and construction risk), and coordinate vendor scope.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; prepare regular progress, budget status, and risk management reports.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a Construction or a related field.
  • •Several years of project management experience, gained within a Data Centre or similar technical environment.
  • •Technical understanding of data center infrastructure including HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security, and BMS.
  • •Strong knowledge of the full project lifecycle from inception and design through authority approvals, construction completion, and post-project review.
  • •Fluent English and German skills, with availability for full-time on-site work.
