Job Summary

Maintain apartment homes and property facilities in safe, clean, and working order. Perform general repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, locks, and appliances; complete apartment turnovers for move-in; and run routine property inspections. Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company safety/security procedures, manage maintenance inventory, and provide responsive customer service to residents while supervising or escorting contractors as directed.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, painting, basic carpentry, and routine upkeep.
•Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by completing turnover repairs, inspections, and improvements.
•Conduct routine and periodic property inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and risk concerns and report issues to management.
•Maintain maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts by tracking and organizing inventory.
•Adhere to safety and security protocols, respond professionally to resident service requests, and supervise or escort contractors as directed by the Facilities Manager.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.

•Proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish and HVAC certification are a plus.
