Key Responsibilities

•Drive regional growth by leading the commercialization strategy for CA&E solutions across North LAC, focusing on Marketing, Personalization, and data-driven customer engagement.
•Define and execute differentiated go-to-market strategies reflecting market maturity, customer priorities, and regional opportunities.
•Act as regional expert on media, digital marketing, and customer engagement trends, including planning, targeting, orchestration, and optimization.
•Develop compelling product narratives, value propositions, and sales enablement materials for various segments and contexts.
•Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to support client engagements, proposals, and high-impact responses; lead scalable commercialization initiatives.

Key Requirements

•10+ years’ experience in product marketing, media, marketing strategy, or related roles, with a track record of driving growth in complex markets.
•Broad experience in media and media agencies, including integrated media planning, performance marketing, audience strategy, measurement, and agency collaboration models.
•Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, able to connect customer needs, market dynamics, and opportunities into actionable growth plans.
•Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders within matrixed, international organizations.
•Deep knowledge of digital marketing, loyalty, consumer engagement, and personalization, with ability to translate platform capabilities into client value.
