  • •Plan and execute field survey operations for boundary retracement, survey control, dimensional control, and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.
  • •Operate and manage SLAM mobile scanning and terrestrial laser scanning workflows, including scan planning, acquisition, registration, and validation.
  • •Generate accurate survey deliverables (control/PLSS reports, boundary evidence recovery, scan registrations, and QA/QC documentation).
  • •Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams and provide updates on field conditions and data quality in active construction environments.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 9 years of relevant field surveying experience, including leadership of survey crews.
  • •Dimensional control surveying and construction layout experience with strong knowledge of coordinate systems and geodetic principles.
  • •Experience operating SLAM scanners and terrestrial LiDAR systems (e.g., GNSS and total stations).
  • •Ability to travel regionally and nationally up to 100% and uphold workplace safety policies.
