Job Summary

Oversee daily Employee Data Management (EDM) operations to ensure accurate HR life-cycle data is processed efficiently within SLAs. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee EDM process management to ensure employee life-cycle data (onboarding to exit) is processed accurately within SLAs.
•Lead and develop the EDM team by setting goals, providing feedback, and supporting training and growth.
•Handle escalated employee concerns and ensure high-quality customer service for HR-related issues.
•Coordinate with Payroll, Helpdesk, and WD Specialist teams to manage tier 2 escalations and improve cross-team request handling.
•Manage ServiceNow and Workday technologies, optimize EDM processes, and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports; lead KHMS alignment for EDM operations.

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of experience in EDM operations (International/Global), with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, information technology, or a related field; MBA in HR frequently preferred.
•Payroll or HRIS certification is a plus.
•Experience with HR operations and Hire-to-Retire processes.
•Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team, with strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
