Key Responsibilities

•Lead & execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
•Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
•Directly oversee the Operations Associates; responsible for recruitment and development of talent and providing feedback to drive growth.

•Lead inventory management and shrink reduction initiatives to maximize profitability and inventory accuracy.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
•Oversee execution of shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment to support sales and store operations.
•Maintain strong visual standards and stockroom processes; ensure safe and efficient operation on the sales floor.
•Demonstrate effective leadership with recruitment, development, and feedback for Operations Associates; drive team performance and guest experience.
