Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the internal operational point of reference for Occupational Health & Safety, supporting the Prevention and Protection Service day to day with the RSPP.
  • •Support the RSPP in implementing and improving prevention/protection measures and ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Collaborate in Health & Safety operational management with internal stakeholders and Workers' Safety Representatives (RLS).
  • •Update and maintain the Risk Assessment Document (DVR), specific risk assessments, and related Health & Safety documentation.
  • •Conduct workplace inspections, support incident/emergency management, and assist with internal/external audits and corrective improvement actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 40,000 - 46,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Prevention Techniques, or a related technical discipline.
  • •ASPP qualification under Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 (Modules A and B); additional specialist qualifications are an advantage.
  • •4-6 years of Occupational Health & Safety experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or service environments.
  • •Good knowledge of Italian Occupational Health & Safety legislation (Legislative Decree 81/2008).
  • •Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001) and familiarity with ISO 9001.
