Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop timely, accurate plans for finished products and short-term (0–12 weeks) finished goods availability for your portfolio.
  • •Manage exceptions in the short-term horizon and collaborate with teams and external vendors to drive root-cause and corrective/preventative actions.
  • •Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and coordinate CoE resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers) to deliver the plan.
  • •Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence and report/analyze KPIs to improve the supply network across cash, cost, and customer service.
  • •Monitor customer on-time service level and inventory exceptions, ensure capacity shortages are addressed or escalated, and keep ERP/planning parameters accurate through periodic audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
  • •More than 5 years of experience in supply chain (e.g., materials management, inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP).
  • •Deep functional understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, SIOP, materials management, demand planning/forecasting, end-to-end planning, master production scheduling, capacity analysis, and inventory management.
  • •Working understanding of MRP.
  • •CPIM certification is a plus.
